Question: I am losing weight without dieting. I am cold all the time. I have uncontrollable hand tremors. But out her than that feel fine. I am sixty one years old. What's going on?

Thanks for posting a query,

The weight loss with out dieting could be due to any hormonal dysfunction or chronic infection.

In your case I feel it is due to hormonal dysfunction. As infections are usually associated with increased temperature.

I suggest you to get Thyroid levels, Blood glucose levels, Haemoglobin and Vit B12 levels tested along with a chest Xray to rule out the exact cause.
