Brief Answer:
could be due to high red blood cells destruction

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXX
Welcome to health care magic.

Looking at your history and the uploaded report, it could be due to excessive destruction of red blood cells in the body and that is known as hemolytic jaundice.

Jaundice is the manifestation of underlying disease, in your case this may be due to inherited disorder or toxins like drugs.

in my opinion, you should visit your doctor for further investigations like hemoglobin CBC and peripheral blood smear to look for RBC disorders

your raised bilirubin is likely not related to liver injury so it will not affect much due to exertion.

Have regular meals and iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables.
have plenty of fluids and fresh juices.
Have glucose water.

please ask your doctor to look for disease behind increased bilirubin which can be ascertained after clinical examination and lab investigations

I hope you will find my response helpful and informative
please don't hesitate to ask for more clarification
wishing you good health
