Brief Answer:
Looks like neurological pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome madam.
This is Dr Sameer, Cardiologist.
I appreciate such a well-formed query.

Radiating pain that feels like current moving in your arms from back is mostly neurological.

The fracture you've mentioned, might have irritated some nerve in your back causing you this pain.

Generally at this Vitamin D & B12 deficiency increase such pain. So I'll first recommend you to check your Vit D3 & Vit B12 level. We generally recommend combination of Methylcobalamin + Pregabalin twice daily to such patients & this is very effective. So you can also start that. It is a prescription based medication and very safe medicine & can easily be started, please get the necessary prescription from your doctor.

To rule out the cardiac nature of disease(which looks less likely), I'd recommend you for basic tests like ECG & 2D Echo. Please note, cardiac pain also radiates to left arm but it does not feel like numbness, it feels like sensation of heaviness. Chest pain is not localized & is diffused, it increases on exertion & stress.

Coming to Rosuvastatin, yes you can continue this drug which helps in controlling your cholesterol levels. We generally recommend our patients to check the lipid profile every 6 months.

If your Vit D also comes low, you can start Vit D3 XXXXXXX (60,000 International Units once per week for 12 weeks is the usual recommended dose in case of deficiency).

I'd also advice you for rest & avoid activities that involves bending forward.

I hope i answered your query, if you have any more question, I'll be happy to help.

Thanks
Take care
Wishing you a healthy & happy life
