Brief Answer:
You need a neurosurgeon review and a physiotherapy

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to Health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible

First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, it can be either due to spasm in a muscle group or stretch in the nerves supplying the right limb. If you get a through neurological examination done for any signs of muscles spasticity or nerve involvements, it can help to diagnose the issue better.

So far, You have only used the pain medicines and inflammation medicines. A specialist review would be better to diagnose the exact group of muscles or nerves involved. Also since it is unilateral, that is only at right side, it is less likely due to myopathy or some systemic disease.

He/She may suggest you to continue pain medicines with some muscle relaxants like Gabapentins and Orphenidrine. Supplements of calcium, vitamin D3, B12 and folic acid may also be of some help.

Physiotherapy will also gradually increase the range of movements to almost normal in a matter of weeks hopefully.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Regards.
