Brief Answer:
Suggestive of an infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Passing a lot of pus from vagina clearly indicates an infection in the area. The burning and pain in the area is also suggestive of an infection. Since you have taken a course of antibiotics recently, this needs a direct examination by a gynecologist to find the cause of infection. A vaginal swab culture and urine culture will help in detecting the antibiotic best suitable for you. It is best to attend an ER to prevent any further spread of infection.
