What causes pulling pain in right leg from thigh to ankle?

Question: i have a serious pulling pain in my right leg. starting from the upper under thigh to the ankle. the pain is specifically severe in the under thigh region... would like to know that what is the issue. have had a ticklish feeling in the same leg since past few weeks.
