What Causes Prominent Veins Under Tongue While Suffering From Thrush?

Question: Hello
For a while now my mouth has looked weird to me. Under my tongue looks weird and veins every where. I am also dealing with Thrush I went to my doctor and he looked at the Thrush and gave me a swish and swallow but I just have been concerned about my mouth. I have no pain anywhere in my mouth.
I took some photos as well

Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; and suggest you that vein are normal under your tongue but if you are suffering from the thrush then better to go for culture of thrush and antifungal sensitivity.

In this case in our patients I personally advised
1. Tablet Fluconazole once in the week for one month.
2. Gargles hydrogen peroxide with hexidine two times a day.
For better diagnosis and management please send me the image of your oral cavity.

I am using a swish and swallow for my thrush
I put the pictures in the update reports
I fell ill a couple months ago and I am doing alright now but I had become very paranoid about my health constantly checking myself and googling my symptoms so I just feel better asking your opinion
