Question: I am diabetic I had my toenail removed partially. It's been almost four weeks. Areas still secrete little blood. There's no pus. Is this normal. My email is YYYY@YYYY

In some people, especially diabetics, healing may be prolonged and this is not unusual. However, it would be easier if you attach photo of it so I can see exactly what is happening. If there is sign of infection, swab for bacterial analysis should be taken, but for complete heal it may take up to 2 months. Wish you good health. Regards
