Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Apart from some sort of depression your symptoms may also related to:
- Anemia
- Hormonal imbalance
- Neurological disorders

If you were my patient I would recommend to do as follows to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work (including hormonal test)
- ECG
- Cardiac echo
- Head ct

If every thing normal than your symptoms are stress related and should be treated by a psychologist.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
