Brief Answer:
2 possible causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of 2 possible causes.
1. a possible cardiac lesion. I think it would be prudent to consider testing the EKG and echocardiography to rule out the cardiac lesion.
However, if the test suggests normal cardia then it may be
2. Neuropathy. In this case test a NCV of all 4 limbs to confirm the diagnosis. If confirmed test thyroid, Vitamin b and D. If abnormal we will have to treat accordingly. If normal then a prescription for pregabalin will be sufficient.
Best regards.
