Brief Answer:
Acute paronychia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query in HealthcareMagic,

I have gone through your query and have also viewed the attached photograph,

You seem to have a case of acute paronychia, which is evident from the puss oozing out. I would suggest you to consult a doctor in your local area soon enough, to get a proper look at the nail infected. You may be advised to take a course of oral antibiotics and the doctor may also advise drainage of the puss area for better and proper healing.

Meanwhile, you can soak the affected toe in warm saline water 3-4 times a day which will ensure proper soakage and thereby softening of the nail. This will reduce the pain and inflammation.

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further or else kindly close the query and share your positive feedback,

Regards
