Brief Answer:
FESS surgery needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
Analyzing your CT reports, it shows that there is chronic ethmoidal sinus infection, with bilateral maxillary sinusitis with mucosal cyst in left maxillary sinus.
For this , I feel probably you need surgical clearance by FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery) surgery, not by balloon sinuplasty.
This surgery can give complete clearance with reduced rate of recurrence.
Frontal sinus is not seen in the cuts you have sent.
Kindly send us other coronal cut views showing the frontal sinus.
Hope I have answered your query.pleased to help you more.

Brief Answer:
suggested for FESS.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your follow up query.

I have seen the coronal cuts you have sent. But frontal sinus is not viewed in detail. If there are other cuts showing frontal sinus clearly, then please send it.

Yes there is a maxillary poylp or mucosal cyst in the maxillary sinus. It doesn't appear infectious. It is present in the antrum, that is the reason for your pain in left cheek. It has to be cleared by fess surgery only.

Hope my answers have helped you.
Pleased to help you further.

Brief Answer:
left frontal sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
Thanks for sending other coronal cuts,.
According to the CT scan, left frontal has mild haziness.
I think , while doing fess, even that can be addressed. Viewing frontal sinus directly with a endoscope while doing surgery gives us a better picture of the disease.
So I would suggest you to go for the surgery.
Wishing you good health and fast recovery.
Hope I have answered your queries.
If you dont have any other questions , you can close the query.
Thanks.
