Brief Answer:
Blood in the semen

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Orange bits in semen is most likely to be clotted blood, it is most often seen with infections of the the genito urinary tract. I strongly recommend you to get tested to sexually transmitted infections, semen analysis and urine routine. You should meet the urologist as soon as possible. Abstain from sex until you do so and drink plenty of water

Most infections are easily treatable with antibiotics like levofloxacin and doxycycline.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

There is no chance of sexually transmitted infections as I have been with my partner for 3 years also I have done a urine sample which came back close to normal with no blood in it

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back with more details.

I recommend that you give your semen sample for testing, your might not have blood in urine but it still might be present in the semen especially if the inflammation is in the epididymis.

A second possibility of a tumour should be kept in mind but this is second only to infection. A scan of the pelvis should be the second line of investigation
