Brief Answer:
Further evaluation of the cyst!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for sharing your results with us.

I hope this report is regarding a female,

It is difficult to understand the entire exam findings without at least knowing what prompted you to go to the hospital. However, the only finding that warrants further attention of a gynecologist are the ovarian cysts. Unfortunately, they are not well described for us to be able to intimate what they represent. In most cases, several ovarian cysts of small dimensions are normal and this especially at the mid cycle period when the growing eggs are many and present as cysts. Bigger cysts are less likely to be normal and require further assessment. They may represent conditions such as polycystic ovarian syndrome, infection and in rare cases a tumor. Because there are many cysts, this is less likely to represent a tumor.

In all, you are being sent to a gynecologist for further review of the cysts. My first take is that there is nothing worrisome to be so alert about at this time.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Keep me posted with what the OBGYN says. You may also want to share what your symptoms are we me for more insights and guidance.

Kind regards!

Brief Answer:
I believe the OBGYN would review the echo!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The cysts could be explained by a normal cycle or the cyst could need more investigations. I am sure your OBGYN would be able to confront these findings and your reproductive history to determine whether they need further evaluation or they were just benign cysts in a normal reproductive cycle.

For now, I suggest you take Tylenol and/or Ibuprofen for pain relief pending the visit to your OBGYN. I must also stress here that there is nothing alarming and this shouldn’t be a huge concern for now.

I wish you well and await your feedback.
Kind regards.
