Brief Answer:
Most likely upper respiratory tract bacterial infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can most likely due to upper respiratory tract bacterial infection (sinusitis). In this antibiotic therapy will be required.

If you were my patient then i would suggest antibiotics like Co-amoxiclav for 5 to 7 days. I also advise local nasal decongestant sprays like xylometazoline (otrivin) along with that. Taking chewable vitamin C daily is also helpful.

Antibiotics are prescription medication. You can approach your GP for this.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
