Brief Answer:
No more treatment or test required for you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

VDRL is a test to detect a STD called Syphilis. But Syphilis has no manifestation related to problem in urine or urination.

VDRL is not a specific test for Syphilis as the antigen used here is not directly related to the Treponema Pallidum a, Spirochete, causing the disease whereas the Antigen used in TPHA test is derived directly from Treponema Pallidum, so it becomes more specific for Syphilis. So the negative TPHA test totally ruled out Syphilis. VDRL as a non-specific antigen can be present in conditions other than Syphilis and called as Biological False Positive test. So you need not worry at all.Your subsequent VDRL also was negative. You can ignore the once positive VDRL and relax. What your Doctor told was correct. No more treatment or test are required for you in this regard.

Brief Answer:
Norelation to masturbation and VDRL reactive resul

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Burning during urination may be due to various reasons including inadequate consumption of water. VDRL was taken as a routine rather than as an indication. Ignore the one time reactivity as it could be even a laboratory error. Masturbation is quite normal and a healthy substitute for a normal sex in the absence or non availability of an opposite sex partner. Human male organ can shrink and enlarge even in flaccid position according to climate. It is not related to Masturbation. Size is dependent upon our fore-fathers and familial traits. Big penis is not essential to satisfy a girl.

Brief Answer:
Nocturnal emission normal.Ejaculation time normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.

Nocturnal emission or night fall is common when there is no sex for more than a week or so, When the storage inside the body filled, the excess has to come out. It is normal and nothing to worry.
You are young and 25 years old. The quick ejaculation is due to over excitement and overstimulated as you are young and energetic. It will be alright in the long run after marriage after your emotional imbalance settled. Drugs are not necessary. Exercise like 'STOP and start', 'Stop, squeeze and start' techniques and 'Kegel' exercise' will be helpful to you to extend the ejaculation time, about which you can get more information from your nearest sexologist.
