You are having Cervical spondylosis. This causing popping and cracking sounds in the back of the neck in movement.

Avoid bending neck forward or lifting weights. Avoid using thick pillow. Apply hot packs to the affected region. Take Tablet Acetaminophen 650mg twice a day and Tramadol 300mg once a day.

Perform physiotherapy.
