Brief Answer:
Hi, Thanks for the query

Detailed Answer:
I understand your concern

The possible differentials in your causes could be

1. Peripheral neuropathy: this is a problem which can cause symptoms the way you have described
2. Problem in the cervical spinal cord (neck area)

You need to be examined by a local neurologist and there are clinical signs which can differentiate between the two conditions. Once the examination is done, we can guide you regarding investigations which can clinch the diagnosis. Investigations which are generally required in these cases are nerve conduction test (a test done in neuro-lab to know if there are problems in the nerves which is causing the symptoms), MRI scan of the neck area(to know if there are pinched nerve in that area).

I strongly recommend you to get evaluated by a local neurologist and get investigated. In case you have any questions in this issue, please get back to me.

Best wishes,

Dr Dash
