Brief Answer:
Likely innocuous and premenstrual. needs evaluation and symptomatic care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pinching pain with the left lower quadrant involved with 8 months history of lactational amenorrhea could be a sign of coming menses and this pain could be a simple pain that precedes menstruation.

Apart from it if you have constipation that could also be the cause of the pain. Other possibilities are of bowel spasm, a urinary tract infection or a genital tract infection. Other likely possibility is that it could be mere muscular pain .

Take some tylenol or ibuprofen and some antispasmodics like buscopan etc and see if it helps. If you are constipated take some laxative and let the stool pass, will help the pain.

if the problem persists for two or more days talk to a doctor and let them evaluate you for other causes.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
