Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist and venereologist(. I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

I request you to kindly upload a few images of the skin lesions on your penis so that I am able to guide you better. You may upload images in "Reports Section".
As far as your STD screening tests are concerned they suggest that you have an old infection with Herpes Simplex Virus type 1 and type 2 (Hsv type 1 IgG : positive and Hsv type 2 IgG : positive). Rest all of your screening tests are negative.

Hi Sir,
As you said,I have uploaded some photos. And apart from pimples problem on penis,I would like tell you some general things they include: if penis is normal mode/not erected then the skin layer on top of the penis appears like as light ash color,if penis erected then color on top of the penis is as usual/normal color, same things we can find in the all photos. And
While participating in sex, skin is being cut(slightly) back side/under of the penis,we can see this skin cutting mark(lite white mark) in the photo number 6 near by the finger in the photo.

Kindly provide good treatment for these issues(pimples, skin cut, color change).

Brief Answer:
Regarding all your genital complaints

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.

The pimples that you are concerned about are pearly penile papules which are considered a normal finding and require no active intevention.
As far as pigmented spots on glans penis is concerned these are genital melanosis are are absolutely normal. They are quite common in the general population.
You also probably have a mild fungal infection/yeast infection which can clinically presents as superficial cuts. I suggest you to take a single dose of oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150mg tablet (zocon 150mg) and also use a topical antifungal cream e.g clotrin B cream, twice daily.
