Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Do not worry. Most likely reasons for such infections in toddlers are self limiting viral infections, toddlers diarrhea due to high sugar intake or parasitic infestation.

I would recommend you to get her stool R/E done from a laboratory. Start the following measures for early recovery:
1. Give her balanced diet and oral rehydration therapy including ORS after loose motions. This is to maintain hydration and electrolyte balance.
2. Start a zinc supplement such as Syp. Zn20 or Zinconia. Give 5 ml once daily for 14 days. This will help in recovery and also boost her immunity against similar episodes in future.
3. Give a probiotic such as Enterogermina respules. You may give 1 respule once daily. This helps in replenishing the healthy gut flora.

Upload her stool R/E report for my reference so that I may help you with further management accordingly.

Take care
