Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

To recapitulate: Female/36 - watery diarrhea 4 months - C.diff negative - stool for bacteria negative - lost 26 lbs in 45 days - cramps, pressure, urgency, nausea and vomiting BUT no fever - pressure and urgency on anus - pain in right lower - ( kidney procedures - GI had made you fast fr 24 hours and got mild relief but the problem restarted after you ate ..

My thoughts:
It seems that your have been seen by a Gastroenterologist > I would like to know the tests he has performed, any colonoscopy, and the treatment he has given you
Please post all the reports, prescriptions, colonoscopy and treatment whichever given.

This will help me to understand the problems more:
Also give feedback about:
- Does the problem increase with any certain food?
- Does stress and anxiety increase the problems?
- What are the other factors that increase the problems and any factors which reduce the problem?
- Have you stopped milk and milk products or gluten or tried like this by permutation and combination?

Please give feedback so that we can discuss further, come to some conclusion, and get the relief.

Thanking you.

the gi doctor just did lab work tsh t3 t4 ultrasound on my gallbladder and pancreas white blood cell count cbc and everything came back negative he said he was thinking about doing a partial colonoscopy because I had one done last year and it was normal he said my stomach felt soft but the weight loss was noticeable from my skin so ultimately the gi dr stated I was a mystery. he also stated that bowel sounds were normal but I had not ate in two days when I went to see him due to loss of appetite. I went to the hospital n they said my tsh was .2 but when the lab work was redone the tsh came back normal. The dr kept all the lab results but hopefully this answers some questions. I just want. to get better soon thanks for your help
