Brief Answer:
need to consult a gynaecologist for examination, ultrasound and investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.

There are several reasons for this bleeding:

1. Cervical or endometrial polyp
2. Cervical erosion
3. Thyroid hormonal imbalance
4. Estrogen/ Progesterone Hormonal imbalanc
5. Rarely ovarian cyst

Only examination and investigations can pin point the exact cause. So I'd suggest that she takes an appointment with Gynecologist for examination, ultrasound and investigations.

I hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
