What Causes Persistent Stomach Pain, Headache And Dizziness Along With Dysnpea?

Question: Hi, I have been extremely exhausted and get major stomach pains about 1- 1.30 hrs after I eat anything and continuous headaches for about 50-75% of the day. I am usually a very active person and have no weight issues. I tried to do a normal activity for me yesterday (tying a calf, I rodeo) and felt as if I was going to pass out. I got extremely short of breath and light headed after one calf I usually tie anywhere from 15-20 calves a day. The dizziness and shortness of breath is new but the exhaustion and stomach pains have been going on for several months now. Can you give me any insight on the situation. About 8 yrs ago I had a hole in my stomach lining that was repaired with surgery so I now eat gluten free, but the stomach pains are not the same as is was when that happened.

Brief Answer:
can be obstruction in the intestines at the stomach or duodenum level.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
To recapitulate: Female/32 - had a hole in the stomach and was repaired and are on a gluten free diet since then - consulted 5 different Doctors in past for 3-4 months - now - extreme exhaustion - major stomach pains 1 to 1.5 hours after eating anything - for several months - continuous headache for 50-75% of the day - active and no weight issue - tie 15-20 calves a day - felt as if going to pass away yesterday - dizziness and shortness of breath are new - wants insight ...

As per the history you have provided, there looks to be problem at the opening of the stomach into the small intestine called duodenum. This can be due to healed perforated ulcer or recurrence of ulcer that healed with narrowing (scarification) hence the pain is after 1 to 1.5 hours after you eat anything.
This gives other symptoms like exhaustion, dizziness and shortness of breath and can give other symptoms like you had feeling of passing out. In addition you have been on gluten free diet.

I would advise you the following:
Upper GI endoscopy.
Barium studies for stomach, duodenum and follow-through.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen to start with.

I am hopeful that the diagnosis will be made and gives the plan for curative treatment. Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
