Question: I had swimmer shoulder 2 years ago. I have reaccuring clicking, pain, and weakness in the same shoulder. what should I do

Brief Answer:

See an orthopedist surgeon. Get an MRI of the shoulder.

Detailed Answer:

After two years with residual weakness and clicking sound might suggest a tear in the structures holder the shoulder joint together.

For this reason, I recommend you meet an orthopedist surgeon for evaluation and possibly get an MRI to map out all the structures carefully to make sure there are no tears.

Treatment would be guided by the findings. This could be conservative without the need for a surgery or may require a surgical intervention to repair damaged joint structures.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
