Brief Answer:
chronic prostatitis or chronic epidydimitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If the problem is persistent since 2 years- Problems like chronic prostatitis or chronic epidydimitis need to be excluded. These are challenging to manage. I suggest to confirm diagnosis first by physically consulting a Urologist.

However, I also suggest to undergo urine and semen culture, to identify sensitive antibiotic, is your doctor suspect staph aureus strongly.

Hope it helps!

Brief Answer:
hronic prostatitis or chronic epidydimitis need to be excluded

Detailed Answer:
In some individuals there would be slight upside down variation, which can be physiological. However, a physical examination is needed to exactly rule out pathology.

As I already mentioned- chronic prostatitis or chronic epidydimitis need to be excluded as you were on different antibiotics from past 2 years without complete help.
