default
Posted on Fri, 5 May 2017
Question: I have nose bleeds and have been told that it is probably the dry heat in the house. But, I have had several occasions in the past 10 days where I wake up with my nose bleeding, consequently I'm scared to go back to sleep. I have just purchased a humidifier. but the thing is I haven't used the heat in the last 6 or 7 days. any suggestions?
