Brief Answer:
Could be due to Cystitis Needs to do urine culture

Detailed Answer:
hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted presence of blood urine is mostly either due to
1) Infection of Bladder (Cystitis)
2) Mass in bladder and needs to be investigated .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Endoscopic Examination of Bladder (Cystoscopy).

In the meanwhile start taking antibiotic like Nitrofurantoin and Cefixime twice daily along with urine alkalizer thrice daily .

Ensure to drink ore water

Further tests or treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
