What causes persistent night sweats, fatigue and headache?

extreme fatigue, short of breath after stairs, night sweats since February. Bone pain, especially in neck. Headaches daily, mostly in back of head.

Hello dear. I understand your concern. So you have extremd fatigue, sweating and lethargy with a low iron saturation. This can be due to several causes like
Iron deficiency
Thyroid disorders
Chest infections
Osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.

You require detail clinical examination and incestigations like complete blood counts, liver and thyroid function test, chest xray and dexa bone scan.
