Hi,

I have read your query.

Along with nucoxia mr take cap.pregabalin75mg+methylcobalamine750mcg at night also.

Avoid computer or laptop.

Do cervical flexion and extension exercise.

Apply hot packs.

If pain still persists after 7 days get xray of cervical spine in AP and Lateral view done and send me the report.
