What Causes Persistent Intense Pain In The Abdomen?

Question: I am having abdominal YYYY@YYYY . I went to the emergency room last night, but since I had begun throwing up, they gave me fluids along with pepcid and phenergan in the IV. My pain began, 3 days ago, before I ever started vomiting. When I called them back today, they suggested ibuprofen every few hours, although the nurse said not to take pain medicine. I am slightly nauseous and do not desire to eat.
This did come after a greatly stressful day in my college class and I do have IBS issues. I have not had any flare ups of this sort in quite some time. Crohn's, etc. has been ruled out by a gastroenterologist.
Help. The pain is immense.

Thanks for your query.

Noted the history about immense pain in abdomen since 3 days, visit to ER and injection Pepcid and Phenargan for vomiting of one day. Was suggested Ibuprofen which the Nurse said not to take.

- Any investigations done? If yes, please give reports.
- Where exactly is the pain?
- Type of pain?
- What are medicines are you taking?

- Any other symptoms of fever, chills, urinary symptoms, loose stools or constipation, bloating or anything else...
