What causes persistent headache and numbness in the face?

Question: I've had a headache off and on for about a week, which I was attributing to some tooth pain, as I need some dental work. Just a while ago, I rubbed my hand across my face and on the right side of my forehead to my right eye, it feels a little bit numb. Count this be a sign of the start of a stroke or something associated?

Brief Answer:
Get examined by a neurologist and get investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Numbness over face requires confirmation by a neurologist.
If significant loss is present, you need to get brain imaging.
Nerve conduction study, facial blink study may be done.
Sudden onset with associated headache, vomiting, seizure, visual loss, facial deviation points to stroke.

Only numbness require examination first. However the possibility of stroke is less.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
