Brief Answer:
Need some more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for answering my questions.
It looks like a common migraine headache.
But it could start abruptly or there could be some other thing which might be causing this.
I am sorry I didn't ask you this in previous reply but have you do any kind of investigations for this?
Like CT brain or MRI brain or any other blood workup?
I am very sorry to ask another question again but this is important because if not done then it will be required to do to rule out any other obvious cause which is causing this headache.
Answer me this above question and I will help you out with further workup. Sorry once again.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
CT or MRI advised, can start sumatriptan 25mg

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Thanks for answer. I will strongly recommend an imaging study like CT or MRI brain to just rule out any other cause for headache which might have been over looked.
Please ask your neurophysician for getting one of these done. If all is normal, migraine diagnosis can be confirmed.
Also meanwhile you can start on tablet sumatriptan 25mg when you start having pain. It has good effect on migraine headaches and is pretty specifically used for that.
You will need prescription for the same from a doctor as its not available over the counter.
Migraine usually have some triggering factors which differ from person to person. It can be anything from some food item to even stress.
So by trial and error method find out your trigger factor and try to avoid it as much as possible.
I hope I have answered your query well.
If you have any questions kindly ask me back.
Thank you
