Question: Ive been suffering with hunger pang pains usually comes on 2hours after eating meals, its been going on for neary a month now.

Hello,

this sounds like a duodenal ulcer. You'd better do an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy as soon as possible. You can use either H2 blockers or proton pump inhibitors in the meantime, to reduce the risk for complications.

A duodenal ulcer may become serious if complications develop. One of the most feared complications is bleeding which may be life-threatening is some cases. You'd better find a gastroenterologist for further testing.
