Brief Answer:
Are you on any medications?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I will like to follow up with a few more questions to understand more about this dizziness and identify the cause.

1. Are you on any medications? If yes, can I have a list of these medications?
2. Do you have this all the times or this only happens only at times?
3. How have the temperatures around your home been?
4. Are you able to measure your blood pressure and report the value to me?
5. Have you ever had a similar symptom in the past?

I hope to hear from you before providing more definitive answers. In the meantime, avoid risky upright position that may lead to falls with possible consequences. Also, always use handrails in the interim to avoid losing balance while walking.
