Brief Answer:
different possible causes

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The normal brown color of stool is due to changes that occur to the bile as the stool passes through the colon.
When stool is passed frequently then the bile does not have the time to undergo the normal changes and the stool may look green.

Food poisoning causes infection of the intestines resulting in diarrhea. It usually last less than 2 weeks. The stool tests would have looked for the most common causes though it may not have been able to rule out all infectious causes

Other causes (other than infection) of persistent diarrhea:(1)irritable bowel syndrome
(2)thyroid disease
(3)diabetes
(4)side effect of medication
(5)inflammatory bowel disease- crohns and ulcerative colitis
(6)food intoleracnce or allergies

It is understandable with 2 weeks of diarrhea that you would feel week.

Treatment involves: (1) probiotics to help restore the normal bacteria in the colon. These can be used on their own or with some yogurts.

(2)holding off solid food for 24 to 72 hours to allow the colon to repair itself

After that time, very small amounts of dry food can be restarted

(3)liquids- fluid and electrolyte replacement are important, this would help with your fatigue and lack of energy. Oral rehydration products would be best

(4)medication such as lomotil

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
