Burning sensation in limbs may be due to neuropathy.
You need to get nerve conduction study.
Some blood investigation are also required like blood sugar, vitamin B 12, renal function, liver function test.
Myeloma work up may also be required if clinical examination and nerve conduction abnormal.
Vitamin B 12 supplementation and nerve modulator like pregabalin or amitryptiline may be used.
