Brief Answer:
Might be internal hemorrhoids, need to be evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query.

Please let me the following as this seems like a chronic problem in this case, needing detailed history at first along with further clarifications:

Is there any pain while you are passing stool?
Are you having any chronic constipation issues?

The symptoms might be due to internal hemorrhoids(considering your age-26yrswhich you've mentioned) , it needs to be confirmed by physical examination.

I would have done digital rectal examination and then visual inspection of your anal canal and rectum using proctoscope. Tiredness that you have mentioned might be due to anaemia, which can occur as chronic blood loss. I would have suggested for Complete Haemogram study.

For the examination and investigation you have to visit doctor, preferably general surgeon.

The important thing is to avoid constipation, for that drink plenty of water, add lot of vegetables in your diet, avoid meat. You can use stool softener. Probiotics like Sporolac or Ecobion are needed to stabilize your intestinal flora, thus, improving bowel movement.

I would suggest you for Sitz bath that is to Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day.

Kindly follow this measures, there should be improvement.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.

measures as suggested earlier, blood pressure and blood sugar need to be checked,

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
Sorry for delayed reply.
I have gone through your report, it is fine.
As you have mentioned that the blood is notes when you pass hard stool, i feel it might be internal hemorrhoids, which can be confirmed by examination as mentioned in the earlier post.

I would suggest you to follow the measure as suggested earlier, for the gas problem, probiotics will be beneficial. Along with that i would suggest you to avoid spicy food, alcohol and smoking if any.

Regarding the exhaustion, is it occurring all the time or as the day passes, i would suggest you to get your blood pressure checked and also your random blood sugar.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. I will be glad to clarify your further queries.
Take care.

Hello sir,

yesterday i met with gastroenterologist, he suggested me sigmodscopy in which we found that i am causing rectal ulcer which is the cause for bleeding. Report is been attached as my doctor said its not seems to be harmful. i have some question regarding this. How serious it is. can it lead to cancer, does my smoking and drinking habits effects on it. what are the procautions need to be taken. I have also found on internet that it is hard to cure rectal ucler. is it soo ??. sample of tissue taken from that part for biopsy. my doctor has not suggested me any precautions about diet and all. please suggest.
