Question: I am experiencing stomach discomfort, burning, pressure, bloating, pain, nausea. When I am feeling this my back also hurts right behind where the discomfort is the worst. I eat and about 30 minutes later I feel better. But all the symptoms come back a few hours later. I was thinking hunger pains but then I have the other stuff with it. It has been going on for 3 days now and I have never experienced anything like this before.

Brief Answer:
Pain relieved on eating could be ulcers.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Have gone through your details and I appreciate your concerns.
As per your query answer is most likely that you are having acid peptic disorders with associated peptic ulcers.

I would suggest you to go for a planned endoscopy to rule out ulcers. As of now start taking Omeprazole twice daily an antacid and see if pain responds to it.
