What Causes Persistent Acidity And Eye Pain Caused By Stress?

Question: Hello, I have been recently been stressed and I started to overthink about every little issue. Last year exactly at this time..i was having anxiety related to health ...i was very anxious regarding my health as i had acidity, eye pain and heavy nose and was not able to concentrate... I managed to push my girlfriend away(back then we were not in a relationship) then as i was worried about my health...after a few days i did feel a little better and then came back to her and this went away completely as i felt good when she was around me...and we got into a relationship and everything was good superb. ..until a week ago(exactly same time)...where i started feeling something weird..as i felt i was stressed due to work ..because i work alone..no team.. no happiness , no fun at work whatsoever..i do concentrate at work..but as soon as i am idle.. i start worrying. its like i test myself if i am feeling normal or if i still have any worries..which spirals down to many other worries ..but now this overthinking has caught my relationship this time and making me worry that i am not loving her and making me worry about the future if i ever will be normal again... i talked to my girlfriend about this and she suggested me to think about positives and told me it could me trust issues with her (as this is a long distance) and suggested me to go against my overthinking..it did work for a few days...but its like i feel better for a few days and then i just go back to square one. Kindly suggest me some steps that would make me not worry about the past and become positive and I want to stop testing myself if i am fine or not and instead something that would make me feel better when i talk to her and i would not have any worrisome thoughts.

Brief Answer:
Cognitive behavioral thinking

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, first of all the eye pain and heavy nose you were experiencing are just symptoms of seasonal allergy that commonly occur at the beginning of the spring. if they recur just take an antihistaminic once daily before going to bed as citrizine.
secondly, if you have no fun at work, then this is completely normal. people are not supposed to have fun at work , work is work, just to bring in money so you can provide yourself and have fun outside the work place.
Third, I have given you examples of the cognitive behavioral thinking that you should follow whenever you are stressed out with worrying thoughts .
As I have done in the previous 2 points , follow these steps that I will summarize below.
1) identify the thought that is stressing or worrying you ( for example I have health issues or no fun at work)
2) analyze that thought ( these health issues are only seasonal allergy , work is not supposed to be fun)
3) realize that the thoughts that are worrying you are so simple and do not deserve stressing over them
4) replace the negative thoughts with positive ones ( for example I have simple allergy but otherwise I have perfect health, I have no fun at work but at least I have work when others don't or at least I am able to do my work well)
I hope I answered your question. if you don't have any other clarifications then please close the discussion.

Hello sir, the health anxiety was last year. Which i have overcome that now. Right now i am worried about my relationship. As my fears tend to get better of me .Whenever i talk to her , i fear that i would overthink again about the negatives which have happened in the past and i would stop loving her. Its just this continous cycle of overthinking thoughts. Everything was going fine a week ago and this overthinking just started all of a sudden out of no where spiraling and making me thinking about past negative situations with her and my future with her...as in what if i be the same worrying person and would never get back to how worry less i was.

Brief Answer:
It was an example of how you should think..

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir,

I know the health issues were last year , I was just giving you an example on how you should analyze a negative thought by the cognitive behavioral thinking method.
As for your relationship.. yo should also analyze the negative thoughts .. for example if you think about a negative situation that happened in the past and you fear that it happens again and cause you to stop loving her or ruin your relation. you should think as follows

First identify the negative thought
Second analyze it.. does this thought look rational, does it deserve that I stress about it, is my fear realistic ??
Third try to replace the negative thought with a positive one about your relation.

I hope you find this helpful.

Brief Answer:
Keep yourself busy

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I advice that you get yourself busy all the time to avoid having these thoughts . even if you are doing nothing try to read a book or listen to
music.
also negative thoughts of you try to fight them they will recur in more intensive way. the best way to deal with them is to accept them , analyze them and replace them with positive one.
I hope you find this helpful. if you don't have any other clarifications then please close the discussion.
