Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to gastritis.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone very carefully through your query. Your son's stomach ache seems to be due to gastritis. In other words, the problem seems to be more likely due to the stomach acids. Such a thing would not bring up concrete findings in an ultrasonogram report and I doubt whether there was anything there. However, you can upload it using the facility on the upper right of this page. You can also send it to YYYY@YYYY with query id 316785 mentioned in the subject.

In order to relieve him, you need to ask him do the following:
* Avoid spicy food. Take small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps between meals.
* Give Nexpro Junior XXXXXXX (esomeprazole) once daily before breakfast.
* Give plenty of green leafy vegetables as well as other sources of dietary fibers. Take fiber supplements like isabgol/psyllium husk or senna. I would insist you to increase your dietary fiber intake.
* Regular playing or exercise for at 1 hour a day to keep the bowel movements proper.
* Give curd or yogurt on daily basis. It contains beneficial bacteria and should help.

Hope that helps.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
Regular activity and fiber intake is essential.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. I have checked the attached report.

The sluggishness of the bowels would automatically predispose you to acid reflux and that is exactly what is happening. Follow the advice that I have given. I hope that you would feel better.

It is normal for mesenteric lymph nodes to be detected in case of children. I would not worry about it. The other findings are acceptable.
