Peripheral neuropathy is best treated by treating its cause, so, first you need to undergo appropriate tests to find the cause.

The treatment is mostly conservative ie with medicines and other support. May not require operation except in cases of proven nerve compression by the treating doctor.

Discuss with your primary care Doctor about getting tested further to find the cause of neuropathy.
