Question: Hi my perinium hurts and I have like white bumps and when I pee it burns when the urine touches my perinium ?

White bumps in the perineum if present in number then may suggest a possible herpetic lesions which can pain and hurt especially when you touch them or while the urine touches your perineum.
A photograph of the same would be helpful to diagnose it in a better way, if possible you may attach it. If its herpes zoster or genital herpes then you would have to be placed on antivirals sooner.
