Question: over the past 3 years i notice my penis size was getting smaller. just the past year i notice that i the size is getting excessive. i also notice the past two years that most of time i get soft erection or during sexyal intercoursenit doesnt stay as hard

Thanks for providing clinical photograph. Your penis appears of normal length and width. Let me reassure you that minimum size of penis for sexual gratification is 4 cm . Some individuals experience difficulty in initiation and maintaince of erection , major factor being stress and anxiety and also being pre-occupied with act of sexual intercourse.

I would suggest you the following

1. Regular exercise : Having 30 minutes of brisk walking is known to increase release of endorphins and also helps in reducing stress and anxiety

2. Indulge in foreplay
