Question: Hi sir, i have a problem while watching sex movies and talking about sex topics through my pennis some liquid is coming out. If continuous i am watching the sex movies it is also coming continuesly. And while doing sex with in short time and just for some strokes only my sperm is coming out. Please tell me what do is there any medicines for my problem. While doing sex my pennis is getting hard normal but with in short time my sperm is coming out. With in few months i am going to marry is there any problem doing marriage. Give me solution for my problems.

It is normal that some liquid is coming out while you are watching sex movies. This liquid comes out from penis corpous's glands and purpose of this liquid is lubrication to prevent friction while having sex.There is no need to worry , it is normal.

There is no normal duration for ejaculation time.When male ejaculates so early before female partner reaches orgasm it is called premature ejaculation.If you have such problem, it can be treated.
Medicines like clomipramine or paroxetine will help.
However in your case performance anxiety may also lead to such problem. It can be treated without any medicine. You just not to think about ejaculation while having sex and just need to enjoy the process. Stop & Start and Squeeze techniques also help.You can search for these techniques easily on net.

With regular practice of sex you can gradually increase ejaculation time without any medicine.
I do not think that you may have any problem in marital life due to this factor.
Just relax and enjoy sexual activity.

Note: Masturbation at least before 2 hours of sex on the same day can prolong ejaculation time.You can use this approach if feasible.

Sir,
while talking with my girl friend also the lubricant is coming out it is very in convenient to me. Leak in the under wear through penis. tell me what is the medicine for stop the leaking of liquid through the penis and how to use the medicine. And i want to enjoy my first night very much give me some medicine for that night and increasing the duration time of sex and how to use the medicine.

As time will go your sensitivity threshold to sexual stimuli would increase. Later on you would not get so much excited while you are talking with your girl friend and you would not have any liquid discharge. You are passing through just normal phase.

However if problem is troublesome at present, you can use clomipramine.You can take daily at night in range of 10-25 mg. This is prescription medicine. You need to consult doctor. As online prescription is not valid, I can not prescribe the same here according to laws.Sorry for the limitation.

From your history I think you would be able to enjoy your first night without any medicine.You can consult any psychiatrist/sexologist for detail counseling and assurance before marriage.If you would not satisfy and reassured with counseling then only doctor may prescribe some medicine (combination of medicines for premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction)for that night.

I think no chemist will give you medicine without prescription. Another medicine is paroxetine.

Please consult doctor , take prescription and get the medicine.
