- Only Blood
- Yes pain is there
- no diabetic or no injuries happened previously
- first time this happened during his first intercourse. and second time also happened aftrer a month.

This is most likely due to tear of a fragile prostatic vein. This will be ok by itself. It could also be due to infection of prostate. Get a semen culture or examine the prostatic massage fluid.
