Question: After having acute bronchitis for 3 weeks. Have experience a partial loss of smell and taste.

Brief Answer:
It is mostly due to dryness of nasal mucosa.

Detailed Answer:

I can understand your concern.
Possibility of dryness of nasal mucosa is more.
It is common in viral infection like acute bronchitis.
So better to do steam inhalation and warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
May I know the drugs you are taking because some inhalers can cause loss of smell and taste?
