Brief Answer:
The wound has developed in to small abscess and requires incision drainage

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. In the picture it looks like your wound might have developed in to a small abscess under the skin.

2. The oozing yellow is the pus which is formed due to bacterial infection.

3. Please consult your doctor immediately and get the abscess drained by incision and drainage procedure. The doctor might give you a local anesthesia and make a small slit on the skin surface. This will remove the pus formed and the wound will be drained of any bacterial contamination.

4. You have to take oral antibiotics and pain relief after getting the incision and drainage.

5. The wound will heal completely in a week and please take precautions which are recommended by your doctor.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
