Brief Answer:
The treatment of traumatic ulcers, here is some advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
S
ince you have a history of rough unprotected exposure ,so my first possibility is surely that of traumatic ulcers.

Keep the affected area clean and dry.

Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.

Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.

Traumatic ulcers in this area should heal in three to five days .

However if the ulcers tend to persist or increase, then you might have to see your local doctor to rule out any potential STD.

Brief Answer:
it is a possibility

Detailed Answer:
Yes,I did keep that as a possibility.
But keeping in view the chances of acquiring superficial wounds during such act, treatment with a topical antibiotic would be preferred.
