Brief Answer:
Apply ice pack

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us.

Nothing to worry

It is normal to have that pain or pricking sensation or tingling sensation when you stretch your hand or due to pressure. It will decrease slowly.
If you get pain frequently then apply ice pack on site.

I would like to know that do you have any swelling or have you noticed any redness at or around vein

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Take pain killers

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I suggest you take anti inflammatory medications (pain killers) twice a day.

If you feel better continue for 2-3 days, if you will not see any improvement then better consult a doctor for clinical examination.
Put ice pack as well.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.

Thank you.
